An Arkansas Traveler for today's age, I endeavor to take my wits, authenticity, humor, and work ethic with me and use these qualities in all I do. Where have I been and what have I done? From Arkansas, I left for Columbia, Missouri; Chicago, Illinois; St. Louis, Missouri; Mexico City, Mexico, back to St. Louis, Missouri, and enough time in Istanbul, Turkey, to count it as one of my homes. I have a background as a marketing manager and advertising executive, and just under two decades as an author and tenured professor. As a global program director, I built and led a transformative and valuable program before I began my own venture, Crew Consulting Solutions. An author, editor, speaker, and consultant, I am passionate about building programs, connecting people, and helping organizations align their purpose, people, and actions.
